|Land Tax Clearance Certificate||Provide details on any outstanding payment of land tax due to the Office of State Revenue.||Find out how much Land Tax is owed by the Vendor – and if there is an amount outstanding, ask Vendor to pay it off.|
|Land Information Certificate||Provide details of the rates payable for the current billing cycle.||Find out if the Vendor has any rates owing – and if an amount is outstanding, ask Vendor to pay it off.|
|Water Information Statement||Special meter read & fixed charges payable for the current billing cycle.||Find out if the Seller has any water bills owing – and if an amount is outstanding, ask Seller to pay it off.|
