What Else Do We Do For You?MANAGE YOUR RISK
- Risk of having your transaction cancelled or delayed; as a result of missed due dates, legal requirements, etc.
- The risk of being overcharged; The buyer will claim adjustments. We’ll make sure it is fair.
- Any other “surprises” associated with conveyancing; Lost paperwork, settlement issues and bank problems.
As part of a safe conveyance, we must order third party searches to include into the Contract Of Sale as required under QLD law. We will order the searches on your behalf, pay costs up-front, and then pass these costs onto you when your Contract of Sale is ready to be issued to you or your agent.
As per our guidelines, we RENDER SERVICE FIRST. Our first invoice (retainer) and searches will be sent once the Contract of Sale is drafted. The balance of actual conveyancing fees is payable at settlement.
