We can draft a Section 149 and Contract of Sale that will protect you while binding and holding your buyer fairly according to New South Wales law. It will minimise your costs, and frame the sale to give you the settlement you want, when you want it. Our contracts go above and beyond the standard contract. And we’ve amended our Contract of Sales to increase your protection.

We will work closely with the Buyers Solicitor and make sure your interests are well defended. The buyer will request adjustments and we will make sure that payment is FAIR and you are NOT taken advantage of. We also liaise with all third parties such as the bank, the other side’s solicitor and other authorities to lay the groundwork for settlement.
