What Are 3rd Party Searches?
It is extremely important that you provide the prospective purchaser a full Contract of Sale – which discloses all the searches and information as is required under NSW law – at Contract Exchange.
If the Contract of Sale contains incorrect or insufficient information, the buyer will be entitled to take legal action or withdraw from the sale without any compensation to you. This means complete, insured, and up-to-date certificates are a must for a safe and smooth sale.
Our package includes the minimum searches needed to comply with the legislative requirements. Again, search costs are Council specific, so please request a quote to get specific pricing for your property.
