What Are 3rd Party Searches?
Searches are used by the conveyancer to do health checks on your property — they are essential and should not be skipped, as the consequences could be financially disastrous.
We use Searches to check for…
- Outstanding bills; Such as unpaid council rates, water bills, utilities, etc.
- Outstanding land tax; Land tax due to the Office of State Revenue.
- Errors in paperwork; Cross checking the name, lot and transfer details.
